Dalia G Rhule is a knowledgeable, motivated, and diligent broker. Dalia specializes in real estate sales and development of retail, office, industrial, multifamily, single-family residences, and vacant land properties. She is a local market expert in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and works throughout the Ventura region.

Dalia began her real estate career in 2019 in residential real estate after working 15 years as an Aerospace Engineer. She created Dalia's Realty in 2019 and started her own brokerage Dalia's Realty in 2023.
Dalia’s success in brokerage has been attributed to her problem-solving skills, firm negotiation, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, superior marketing strategies and exceptional customer service commitment. Simply put, Dalia and her team give their clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure their client’s goals are met.
Dalia graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering (2007). She also received a M.B.A from Hope International University (2009). Dalia is fluent in Spanish.
